Doesn’t Jell-o give you a flashback into your childhood? It can definitely put a smile on my face, and rainbows brings everything to another dimension. Easy to make, but a bit time consuming. It’s worth the wait though! This can definitely be a quick sweet treat when you’re on the go~
Equipment (optional)
Clear Cups (plastic)
Ingredients
Jello – watermelon, berry, lime, mango (use any flavors)
1 cup boiling water
1 cup cold water
Directions
- Pour powder into a bowl. Stir in boiling water until powder dissolves. Then stir in cold water.
- Using a 1/3 cup, divide the liquid into 9 (9 oz / 266 ml) cups and place in refrigerator to set for at least 1 hr.
- Continue process until all flavors are used.
Note
The portions depend on the cup size and how many flavors used.

I bought these “margarita” cups purely to hold the jello, and I’m in love with them. So in love that I’m even re-using them! Haha.

The first time I was exposed to this “Rainbow Jello” idea was when my good high school friend, who I like to call my Betty 姐, offered me one during lunch time. I was super excited to try it and I enjoyed eating it so much that I remembered it until now. And I have finally made it myself. She used a lot more flavors than I did, so definitely go crazy with the flavor concoctions^^
