Let me reassure you that this is not like one of those healthy foods that you can tell is plain awful the second it is placed into your mouth. This healthy cookie tastes exactly like what’s in it. No lies.

Ingredients

2 ripe bananas
1 cup oats
1/4 cup walnuts
1 handful of (dark) chocolate chips optional

Directions

  1. Mash bananas. Fold in oats. Then fold in chopped walnuts.
  2. Flatten batter into a cookie shape (on oiled aluminum / parchment paper / pan).

350F, bake for 15 mins. 14 cookies.

Note

These cookies do not rise whatsoever.

These sound good. I’m going to have to try them soon. I have everything except bananas. If I had them I would’ve made them today.

I just made them. They are actually pretty good. Though next time I might add a little cinnamon or maybe a little brown sugar. I only got 9 cookies but I think my cookies might be big.

Ooh, the cinnamon sounds like a great idea!
