Have I told you guys yet? I absolutely love sweet potatoes. If I were to choose only one thing to eat every day, literally, it would be sweet potatoes. And my favorite kind is the purple one. But for no further ado, here’s another different sweet potato recipe!

Ingredients
potato
corn starch
salt
Directions
1. Steam potato in pot for ~45-60mins, depending on the size. Mash potato. Combine a dash of starch and salt.
2. Shape the mashed potato into tots. Deep fry under medium high heat until golden brown.
(3. Optional dip: ketchup and sriracha).
