A spin off of a classic Italian clam pasta that uses a lemon garlic, white wine sauce.

Ingredients
pasta
garlic
olive oil
sake or white wine
clams
butter
salt and pepper
yuzu juice
- Cook pasta.
- In a skillet under no heat, use a generous amount of olive oil and add garlic slices. Bring it up to medium heat and fry it slowly until fragrant, but the garlic doesn’t develop too much color.
- Add sake, clams, butter, pasta, salt, pepper, and yuzu. Cook for 1 min.
- Stir in additional seasonings to your liking! (Such as oregano, red chili flakes)
Note: I’d suggest adding more butter, maybe heavy cream and parmesan cheese if you prefer a creamy pasta.
