A spin off of a classic Italian clam pasta that uses a lemon garlic, white wine sauce.

Ingredients
pasta
garlic
olive oil
sake or white wine
clams
butter
salt and pepper
yuzu juice
  1. Cook pasta.
  2. In a skillet under no heat, use a generous amount of olive oil and add garlic slices. Bring it up to medium heat and fry it slowly until fragrant, but the garlic doesn’t develop too much color.
  3. Add sake, clams, butter, pasta, salt, pepper, and yuzu. Cook for 1 min.
  4. Stir in additional seasonings to your liking! (Such as oregano, red chili flakes)

Note: I’d suggest adding more butter, maybe heavy cream and parmesan cheese if you prefer a creamy pasta.
