Ideally, these would be skewered with sauce on the side. But I decided to just do it all in one go instead.
Ingredients
MARINADE
- garlic
- ginger
- curry powder
- sugar
- coconut milk
- soy sauce
- oil
SAUCE
- shallot
- garlic
- chili pepper
- lemongrass
- peanut butter
- turmeric powder
- palm sugar
- fish sauce
- coconut milk
- water
- salt
Directions
1. Chop chicken thigh into chunks. Mix in ingredients for marinade. Marinade for at least an hour.
2. Fry in oil- shallot, garlic, chili peppers, lemongrass.
3. Add in the chicken and the rest of the ingredients for the sauce. Stir until fully combined and cook until the sauce thickens.
4. Garnish with sesame seeds (optional).
